The wait staff is rude. I have a hearing problem which I tried sharing with the staff and I was mocked. They were incredibly snide. Additionally they don’t have a liquor license. The tepanaki chef forgot my son’s chicken so he had to wait while the rest of us finished eating. I would not recommend..

Your feedback about the behavior of our wait staff and the oversight with your son's order is very concerning to us. We take these matters seriously and will be addressing them with our team to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and receive the level of service they deserve. Additionally, we appreciate you bringing to our attention the issue with our liquor license. We passed the inspection from Virginia ABC. We are waiting for final approval. It was our first time and decided to take our mom for her birthday. We had reservations for 7:15p at a Hibachi table and ended up getting seated 45mins later as they did not coordinate properly with reservations and walk-ins. We then proceeded to get seated and we waited another 20mins before someone came to get our drink order. They then took our food order and when it was time for the whole hibachi table experience …..it was awful….they had missed my mothers entree order and the chef started getting loud with the person who took our order I guess because he didn’t take the order correctly …..after that if went even more downhill. The entire experience from the moment we entered the door until we left was awful. I don’t even know why we waited to begin with, never again do I go there ! (On top of that my bill was $300)

This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. Our hibachi chef Tony was amazing. His personality made Mother's Day amazing.
