A girls lunch, staff very friendly, great introduction from our waiter and our rice bowl was perfect. We were able to actually hear each other. Most places are to loud. We will return

We had a FANTASTIC LUNCH at St Urban. My server Teddy at Grassroots gave me. Free Appetizer card for St Urban so we ordered the artichoke hearts!YUMMY I ordered the Caesar Salad and it was delicious! Our server was attentive and quick

This is such a nice surprise in Scottsdale. Great wine list and delicious food. Don’t skip the salads…they are hearty and flavorful.

Food—good food—is about soul, intention, and giving a damn. Common Ground Culinary usually nails it: Collins Brother Public House, The Macintosh's life-changing pork chop, Wally's reliability. Grassroots? Fine, but not standout. So when a new concept like Saint Urban emerges, you lean in. You listen. You get excited. But excitement and reality don’t always match. Saint Urban aims to be a Californian wine bar—a grazing spot for light bites and long pours. Sunday Happy Hour brings discounted wines, but my $8 glass of ILLAHE Pinot Gris didn’t dazzle. The W. COAST WINGS (kimchi butter, chives, honey) promised boldness but delivered restraint. The wings lacked punch, and the kimchi felt like an afterthought. The BOARDS section—charcuterie & cheese or bruschetta—was confusing. You’re asked to pick three combinations. PROSCIUTTO & HERB GOAT CHEESE felt texturally odd, STRACCIATELLA & HOUSE JAM was fine, and SPICY CAPICOLLO needed more kick. Noble bread was excellent, but the portions were overwhelming for two. We sat outside under a glowing heat lamp, and as I reflected, disappointment settled in. If I hadn’t known this was from Common Ground Culinary, I might’ve thought, That was okay. But knowing their pedigree? It stings. Saint Urban isn’t bad. It’s just not memorable. It feels curated for Instagram rather than soulful satisfaction. Walking to the car, I thought of Collins Bros: a glass of Malbec, a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and Cooper’s whipped potatoes. To be fair, Saint Urban isn’t trying to be Collins Bros. It’s a wine bar, leaning into West Coast vibes with dishes like 'GIRL DINNER' and Asian fusion nods. But intention and execution aren’t always aligned. I want Saint Urban to succeed. To turn up the heat. To care deeply. Know before you go. And maybe order something bold and red.

My husband and I had a great time last night trying Saint Urban for the first time. The food was very good! Happy hour selection was great. The only issue we had was the salmon sashimi on the salt block. There were 5 paper thin slices with a chili sauce that overpowered the salmon for $16. The steak tartare was fabulous as well as the Noble bread with the chicken skin butter. We will definitely be back!

The food was delicious and so fresh. Oysters are a-mazing! Very attentive and friendly staff. The creativity of the food was impressive. A must try and I will definitely be back!

he menu was really fantastic, I had a hard time choosing! The food was very yummy, the service was great. Our server was attentive, happy and sweet. My friend and I really enjoyed our late dinner and will be back very soon. Oh, the drinks were great, too!

Just wow! The moment we walked in, we knew this would be our new favorite place in the neighborhood. Atmosphere, Indy music, and perfect martinis to start our experience… we highly recommend the artichoke and beets, (our server also gave us the Shishito peppers that were complementary). The pork Milanese was so large, it could feed 2-3 people and was cooked to perfection and delicious. Priced well and amazing service, you need to try this place!
