Pairing the freshest food with exceptional five-star service amid beachy-chic décor, relaxed sophistication prevails at Sails, with a nod to the gracious manners of traditional fine dining, ever-so-slightly modernized. A display of whole fish delicacies from deep-azure seas are hand selected by each guest, then prepared to personalized perfection via wood-grilling or searing a la plancha. Sip craft cocktails or Sancerre while savoring just-shucked oysters at the sail-shaped hand-carved marble bar. Watch chefs in the open kitchen prepare tantalizing seafood towers. Loved our dining experience at Sails for a birthday celebration. Starting from the moment we walked up to the front door where we were greeted graciously we enjoyed everything. The service was impeccable and our server Emile was attentive and professional. The dinner was beautifully presented and delicious. We were also treated to birthday glasses of champagne. This was our second visit to Sails and both trips were equally outstanding.

The service was outstanding, really impressive how well trained, polite and friendly the entire staff was. The food was very good. It was a great experience!

Or server ElCid was fabulous! We started with the avocado crab and tuna tartar appetizers. We really loved the avocado crab. Amazing! Tuna was excellent also but not a star like the crabmeat. We also couldn’t resist the octopus so we ordered one to share. It was grilled to perfection and tender and delicious. I might even order it the next time as my dinner! My spouse ordered the Chautebriand and I had the Dover Sole. Both were excellent. The steak was like butter. A side of asparagus was the best we’ve had in a long time. We skipped dessert as we were just too full. Next time tho we’ll have the sticky pudding. It’s really a great treat at Sails.

It had been a while since my husband and I had been to Sails. We were pleasantly greeted, and seared at the bar which we had requested. Sonar, our server was full of energy, very knowledgeable, and accommodating . Our drinks were flowing and properly chilled, the food was hot and timely. We look forward to dining at Sails again soon!
