Pairing the freshest food with exceptional five-star service amid beachy-chic décor, relaxed sophistication prevails at Sails, with a nod to the gracious manners of traditional fine dining, ever-so-slightly modernized. A display of whole fish delicacies from deep-azure seas are hand selected by each guest, then prepared to personalized perfection via wood-grilling or searing a la plancha. Sip craft cocktails or Sancerre while savoring just-shucked oysters at the sail-shaped hand-carved marble bar. Watch chefs in the open kitchen prepare tantalizing seafood towers. The menu encourages multitude courses in true European style starting with raw bar, crudo and tartares followed by luscious lobster or seared Kobé over just-picked organic produce. Our first time dining at Sails. It was extraordinary. From the oysters, to the salads, and then the Dover Sole, everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. A separate shout out to the Truffle Risotto that is beyond tasty and decadent. Thank you for making our dinner a wonderful experience.

As always, a lovely meal at Sails. The Champagne Brunch was fantastic. Not only is the food outstanding, it is a work of art.

The overall experience was fantastic. However, we were seated in the passageway between the two beautiful dining rooms. Either dining room would be preferable. This table was directly under the air conditioning vents and therefore, notwithstanding how outstanding the food and service were, a few of us right under it were extremely cold and didn’t enjoy the experience as much as we should or could have. While grateful to the tremendous wait staff and food (the Bay Bug Lobster, the Dover sole, the Tuna Rossini, and all the apps and the incredible soufflé (Grand Marnier is the best) being cold the whole time dampens one’s enthusiasm for sure. A few steps away from the table the temperature was perfect. Next time, I would prefer to await another table. With all that said, this is a jewel of a restaurant with most every piece fitting together in harmony.

We dined last evening at Sails for the first time. We arrived on time for our reservation only to wait for one couple to change tables and another to be given accommodations without a reservation (he had reserved at another restaurant). We were then seated at a small table next to the bar. It was very loud during our dinner which limited conversation. All of the staff were very gracious and our server was pleasant and personable. Unfortunately the preparation of our meal was very slow...one hour and ten minutes to get our entrees. Our server came and apologized at one point. We enjoyed our food and wine and asked for our check. We had to ask for our check a second time while we observed our server clean and set another table and light the candle. We would have enjoyed the candle at our table but it was not lit. All in all, expensive but the food, ambience and service don't measure up. Once again, on a positive note, all of the staff were very gracious and personable.

Brunch at Sails is consistently outstanding and Saturday's Brunch and Fashion Show celebrating International Women's Day and introducing Naples Fashion Week was 5 star! The food and drink selections were broad enough to satisfy every palate! I highly recommend Abraham, our server, for his exceptional service! Well done!
