Pairing the freshest food with exceptional five-star service amid beachy-chic décor, relaxed sophistication prevails at Sails, with a nod to the gracious manners of traditional fine dining, ever-so-slightly modernized. A display of whole fish delicacies from deep-azure seas are hand selected by each guest, then prepared to personalized perfection via wood-grilling or searing a la plancha. Sip craft cocktails or Sancerre while savoring just-shucked oysters at the sail-shaped hand-carved marble bar. Watch chefs in the open kitchen prepare tantalizing seafood towers. The menu encourages multitude courses in true European style starting with raw bar, crudo and tartares followed by luscious lobster or seared Kobé over just-picked organic produce. We had a very enjoyable overall experience but We were seated by the air vent next the kitchen - the worst seat in the house. We felt rushed by our waiter. We’ve been to the brunch multiple times in the past and sat outside and had great experiences. The inside table next to the very hectic kitchen was definitely a different experience

This is the best place on earth to have brunch. I had the time of my life. The food was AMAZING. I could not stop eating. I think I tried one of everything (currently in pain) but it was WELL WORTH IT. Every drink was fantastic and made to perfection. I could not recommend it more. I will be back with every guest I have whether they are visiting from the other coast or out of state. Sails brunch will be a STAPLE.

I’ve been to sails brunch a few times and this was by far the worst service. We had to wait so long in. Between orders and with a limited timed seating, I felt this was unacceptable. I did say something to the manager and she did comp the drink I had but it makes me sad because I usually love coming here for brunch! Maybe Sundays I better service?

Fabulous dining! We celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary and they made the experience quite memorable❤️. Would highly recommend. The food was superbly prepared and presented along with perfect wine pairing. We will definitely be back!

Our Valentine's day dining experience was exquisite. The food was exceptional and the staff was wonderful and very attentive. This was such a memorable dining experience from beginning to end. Sails restaurant deserves a Michelin star!

Food was ok they charged 376 dollars per person food only and had the nerve to charge for ice tea Dover soul was excellent not worth 377 dollars probably my last time there is better food at a better value and I am sure that people will say if you can’t afford it don’t go but that’s not the issue. I can afford where ever but the food (all courses) should be excellent

First time visit. Service was excellent and the food was excellent. We shared the triple tail with roasted veggies and wild mushrooms. And we shared an avocado and crab starter. Overall excellent food prepared and served superbly. Wine list is extensive but not so much for reasonably priced bottles. Maybe there are more people out there who are willing to spend $500 for a half bottle. 22% mandatory service charge was a little surprising. Would I have given 20? Absolutely. But it should be my decision not the restaurant’s.
