Pairing the freshest food with exceptional five-star service amid beachy-chic décor, relaxed sophistication prevails at Sails, with a nod to the gracious manners of traditional fine dining, ever-so-slightly modernized. A display of whole fish delicacies from deep-azure seas are hand selected by each guest, then prepared to personalized perfection via wood-grilling or searing a la plancha. Sip craft cocktails or Sancerre while savoring just-shucked oysters at the sail-shaped hand-carved marble bar. Watch chefs in the open kitchen prepare tantalizing seafood towers. Sails is a 10/10 every single time! From the outstanding food and cocktails, to the impeccable service, they always blow us away. The champagne brunch is incredible!

The Saturday brunch experience is unique. many choices to satisfy any preferences without sacraficing quality. Servings are substantial. If you love something you can have seconds or share to decide if you want a full portion. None of our choices were sonething we would not order again. Wonderful!

Sails is one of those places that will soon be extinct. A place where you are greeted warmly by the owner, the wait staff - in a European style, which is so rare in America let alone Florida. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, and you are not rushed. The tables are spaced far enough apart, so you cannot hear what another couple is talking about which is a problem in many high and restaurants these days. Now regarding the food. We had Lychee martinis to start. Homemade focaccia bread with real virgin olive oil. Followed by West Coast oysters, artichoke salad, Wood, grilled octopus, lobster ravioli, and their amazing dark chocolate soufflé. I didn’t think it could get any better, but my companion ordered a café Americano with heavy cream on the side and although I never have coffee after dinner anymore, I joined her and it was the perfect finish to a meal I will remember for many years. I don’t like to compare and contrast, but unfortunately, they really are not any comparable restaurants in Naples or anywhere in Florida and I highly recommend you take out a second mortgage and splurge for your next special event. The prices are reasonable, considering the atmosphere the service, the quality and the artistry of the chef.

Food was excellent. I don't take pictures of my food but I had to take a photo of the beet salad. Be careful not to eat too much of their bread - it is delicious. The service ( Andrea and others) was friendly, efficient and professional, which added to the enjoyment. We had a seat by the window which allowed to to people ( and car) watch when we were not drooling over our food.

The food and service were great. However, I recommend double-checking the prices of your orders, especially if you order fresh fish. For a dinner with four adults and two kids, which included some starters, two bottles of average-priced white wine, and a whole fish shared among us, the total came to $1,400. Just the fish alone was almost 600 USD. I must admit, the taste was excellent and the service was attentive, but the price of the fish was unexpected. I frequently dine at upscale fresh fish restaurants around the world, and this one was on the more expensive side.
