Not sure how you ruin a lobster roll, but somehow Sails figured it out. Lobster, when you could find it, was overcooked and dried out. It was simply terrible. The tables are incredibly close together, and the noise level is far and above the loudest ever experienced in any restaurant. Throw in poor service and you have a good reason to skip this place. We will.

Getting to dine outdoors at Sails on a summer evening is heavenly... good food, friendly patrons, lovely setting. The only ingredient missing last night was an attentive waiter. We watched others seated after us get drinks, then appetizers. We had to ask for a waiter to come, and he had to be chased down for every course, including the one he brought by mistake. i hope Sails can train or have a manager oversee service to restore the great evening they normally offer.

My husband and I have been wanting to come to this restaurant for sometime and we are glad that we did finally get a chance to have lunch here. The food is very good and the atmospheres nice. The waiter, although nice, didn’t seem to be very adept at his job, especially for a restaurant of this price range. I was rather shocked at the cost of the meal. Lunch for two, one appetizer, two salads with protein, one coffee and one mocktail was $160. $43 for a chopped Cobb salad with salmon seems a bit over the top, no matter how good it was. And $14 for a virgin Mojito, basically soda and mint, is also a little crazy. I would love to come back and enjoy another meal at this restaurant however, the price doesn’t to sit well with me. If prices don’t bother you, I would highly recommend the restaurant, enjoy.
