For an upscale restaurant it was extremely disappointing. To host a public 80s party on the roofdeck on a Saturday night and have the lobby packed with extremely loud people dressed in bizarre costumes - devalued the entire experience and made our party of year round residents second guess ever coming back. It got slightly better, when we sat down (noise wise). Our server was nice but it took 20 minutes to get our drinks (felt like she forgot us); the food when served was delicious, but we sat with empty plates in front of us for 10 minutes and then had to go to the bar to ask to ask to pay our $400+ bill! Kinda unbelievable actually. The chef was disrespected in this case. Management needs to make some better decisions. make some better decisions.

This was my first time dining at Sage and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, service and overall experience. Will definitely go back and spend additional time on the beautiful rooftop. On the night we dined at Sage there was an 80's party on the rooftop and we had an amazing time after dinner, dancing to music and enjoying the atmosphere. Meal was very good and I highly recommend the Fried Green Tomatoes as a starter. Thank you to Sage for making my birthday special.

Food portions are very small. Most of our party left hungry. Drinks took forever even to a point where half our party didn’t get their second drink. We specifically went there for an event they were having upstairs which we told the hostess we wanted to be on that “list” when we arrived early. When ready to go upstairs we were told they were at capacity. We spent almost a thousand dollars and when asked to speak with the manager she was rude and condescending. I actually think she got joy out of telling us we couldn’t go upstairs. Won’t be back given management attitude.

Service was excellent. Food was very good but not mind blowing. Maybe a bit overpriced. All around a good experience.

We love this place. The food and service is always great. Depending on where you are seated it can be loud. Tonight we had a tough time hearing each other. Overall one of the best restaurants in Sarasota.

The dinner presentation was amazingly awesome. It's always been a gourmet experience with the waitstaff and food. We are regular guests and will always go back for more.

The whole experience was excellent! One of the most beautiful restaurants we’ve ever seen. Simply stunning! The service was impeccable throughout. The Chef selects seasonal dishes that are very good and has you coming back to try them out. Their Service is always very good and can help you choose which dish to try. They also have a big selection of special drinks & cocktails as well as wines. Can not wait to see what he comes up with for the fall season menu .
