Le Sage Room, situé dans l'établissement Harvey's, est l'un des lieux incontournables de Tahoe depuis son ouverture en 1947. Ce steakhouse élégant décoré sur le thème du Far-West est apprécié des habitants du quartier comme des touristes de passage. Le Sage Room comporte notamment des lampes amérindiennes offertes au Harvey's par la tribu Washoe, un bar d'origine ainsi que des poutres taillées à la main qui faisaient autrefois partie de la cabane en rondins qu'occupait le Harvey's en 1944. Ce restaurant propose une sélection de salades et d'amuse-gueules uniques préparés à table ainsi que des steaks de Black Angus, des plats de volaille, du veau, de l'agneau, du bœuf Wellington et des fruits de mer. Vous pourrez également y déguster des desserts tels que des bananes flambées et des cerises jubilées préparés à votre table.

The Sage had the feeling of that rich ambience that the elite casinos used to hold. We enjoyed Teddy a young man of many years experience at The Sage. He was a delight and shared his insights generously.

Good restaurant with a great view. We ate the prime rib which was perfect. The crab cakes were good except you only get one per order.

Perhaps the main draw is the view. The tables are arranged for a great view of Lake Tahoe. But the food was terrific, service excellent, and the noise level low. Overall, expensive but worth it.

We said by the window, we had an amazing time. The food is delicious. Service was outstanding. People are very friendly at this location one of my favorites and Tahoe for sure.

The food was fine but extremely pricey. The view was nice but I don’t think a waygu steak was worth $109. It wasn’t that busy but it took forever for our food to arrive.
