    came expecting quality food in a pleasant atmosphere at a reasonable price. the yelp menu with prices was outdated. we were shocked to find that a burger was $24. fine if it is extra good. it was only ok. my chicken parm chicken was dry and small. the flavor of the chicken and that pasta was decent -but on the whole i'd give the entre a 2. this for $34. the brussels were meh. in sum, a disappointment at a very poor value. service fine. noise level annoying - with poor accoustics.

    Really nice restaurant. Steaks were cooked just right, beet salad was really good and the wine selection was great!

    For Winston-Salem this is a pricey place, and in almost all respects it is a very nice dining experience.

    The filet was phenomenal! Cooked perfectly and so flavorful. Our waitress was so sweet and very attentive! Highly recommend!

    This was the best meal I have had in a long time. All three of us savored every bite of our respective meals. Tom was an excellent server. The food was exquisitely prepared. We ate on the front patio, which was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend Sage & Salt, especially for a special occasion dinner.

    We celebrated our 1 year anniversary on October 12th. It was the perfect weather to sit outside. Our server was very attentive, upbeat, and helpful with the menu. The food was delicious from our appetizer to our steak entrees. The ambiance of the patio in the front isn’t the best, but they have to work with what they have. The inside dining area looked nice and cozy and I loved the open kitchen concept. Overall 10/10. Would definitely eat here again, or even just come for a charcuterie board and wine.

    Food was overpriced. Made reservations and had to wait even longer when we arrived on time. Seating is cramped.

    Would like to start by saying the food is always delicious here. However, this was our first time sitting inside and will be the last. Way too congested with staff literally running into one another. Waitress bumped into my wife at our table and walked off without saying anything. Hostess was rude from the start and acted annoyed with multiple patrons. Perhaps service industry isn’t for her.

    Our server, Cat, was so nice, very knowledgeable of the menu and specials, and made our fifth wedding anniversary dinner truly special. Everything was amazing, ambiance was romantic and food, as always, was perfection.

    This was our 2nd time to Sage & Salt. This time we sat inside It is small and intimate with an open kitchen. The service was great and the food delicious. My husband had the steak frites which was one of the best he has had in a while. I had the pan seared salmon which on a bed of beans okra and other vegetables. Would definately return
