Amazing restaurant. Food and service was excellent and got to chat with Christina and Alex and taste some wonderful Tequila! Highly recommended.

All in all a very pleasant experience everything was brilliant portions we're enough for me but if your a big eater you'd need more sides .it was pretty much perfect

The Sunday roast was exceptional and came with all the trimmings. Childrens menu is great too. The pork belly starter is exceptional. Fantastic new restaurant I would go to again and again.

We went with an open mind and some anticipation about this restaurant after its transformation from Blank to Saga. We were not disappointed! Same welcoming staff whom we have known for a long time and same excellent quality of food. Portions were ample and beautifully presented as we have come to expect. Well done the food preparation team as we could see they were working flat out and still producing superb dishes. Service was efficient and friendly, anticipating our needs on a number of occasions. The menu was more appealing to a wider audience and we noticed quite a few children in the restaurant which was new to us in the evening. As we were hungry we enjoyed some snacks of olives and seaweed crackers while waiting for our starters. The seaweed crackers with a taste of smoked eel were delicious. We both chose the king scallops (melted in the mouth!) as our starter followed by the herb crusted tuna with Asian slaw. Sides of crunchy skinny fries, house salad and glazed heritage carrots were great additions to the main. The tuna was perfectly cooked - so moist and well seasoned. The slaw had a very light Asian dressing and provided a nice contrast in texture. Of course we couldn’t resist trying a dessert. My husband chose the VG tiramisu while I went for the toffee sticky pudding. We enjoyed both. We rounded off the delicious meal with peppermint tea and coffee. I also tried their new nonalcoholic negroni cocktail- excellent. We will definitely be back! Well done Saga team.

We booked Saga for a pre-theatre meal and it didn’t disappoint; great food, fast service and excellent value for money on the early dinner menu!
