Everything was exceptional, from the service to the setting. Obviously the food was outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything was prepared with fresh ingredients, and clearly with precision to detail. The Hummus, Pita, and Baba Ganoush were excellent. The Lamb Shank with pomegranate was outstanding. The Dover Sole, lamb kebabs and salmon kebabs were just okay. Overall, this is a lovely restaurant. The only downside for locals is that it is very expensive and the strip tourists dress very poorly, bringing the entire ambience down. I hope that Chef Shaya will open a restaurant in the suburbs where it can truly be appreciated.

Food was great. Servers didn’t explain menu well. Ordered Hummus & some dips. Only got 1 pita. Additional pita was $5 each. Not cool.

The food exceeded our expectations! Service was excellent. Beautifully appointed. Atmosphere was superb. Make sure not to miss Safta when in Las Vegas. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Don’t walk, RUN to Safta! The food is amazing. We had lamb hummus, pure velvet hummus with well seasoned lamb. Homemade thick pita bread. A falafel that was tender and had multiple sauces that gave depth, spice and just the best I’ve ever eaten. The harissa chicken and King Crab tagine were wonderful. What an experience! The decor (it is only a nighttime pop-up and during day the breakfast/lunch location) entrance is a 10 but falls flat after that. Needs more pops of color. The bright pink placemat and single gerber daisy are not enough. Overall, excellent food and with Vegas prices now a days, you can share a few of the small plates and one entree and it is an excellent value. Go Now!

Most amazing hummus and pita! I could have eaten that alone and been happy. Refreshing and interesting menu items. Watermelon and feta, lamb shank, and crispy eggplant were all fantastic. The lamb kebabs were fine, but not exciting. Dessert sampler was fun. Would go back in a heartbeat!
