Safire is our favorite date night restaurant in the area. We send our gratitude to everyone on staff and the manager. We always have an amazing experience regardless who is serving us! We are very fortunate to have the kitchen accommodate our food intolerance gracefully! We love the ever so changing menu always elevating to higher and more refined levels comparable to restaurants in major cities.

There was just a slight hiccup with my dinner order. I chose the short rib with garlic, mashed potatoes, and it was one of the specials for the night. It sounded wonderful, but when it was brought to my table, I asked is that barbecue sauce on the short rib and was told yes. I do not like barbecue sauce and my server said I’ll be glad to take it back and get you one without and I said no that would be wasteful I’ll just scrape it off. and eat it my server brought me have little cup of brown gravy once I scraped off the barbecue sauce and put the gravy on it, it really was not that good. The meat was tender, but I just couldn’t eat it. The only thing I would suggest is that when they have specials that the server makes sure to explain how special prepared other than that my whole experience was fabulous. This is one of the best steakhouses if not the best I have dined at.

What a wonderful restaurant located in a casino. Food, atmosphere and service was exceptional. It was quiet and the portion size as well as flavor was excellent. Highly recommended.

Safire keeps getting better and better. The menu is always changing with very refined food typical of fine dining in big cities but with the personal touch of a small town. We have several dietary restrictions but the staff always bring the correct food with a genuine smile.

The food was all high quality, cooked perfectly and all presented well as would be expected for fine dining. Our server was amazing. We were seated next to a large group that was clearly having a great time but also so loud that the entire restaurant could clearly hear everything they talked about including profanity. Not really suited for the fine dining experience. High rollers at a small casino I guess. They left half way through our meal and is was a great atmosphere after that. I would go again.

We showed up and there was not hostess to seat us. We waited about 10 min as servers walked by many times and acted like we were not there. Finally I stopped one and asked if we could be seated and was told she could not help us and only her boss could. When our food arrived there was no knives for either of us and after about 3-4 min then a knife was brought out (just one) so my wife and I had to share a knife until we were 1/2 done with our food. When you pay 60 for a steak at a nice place you are paying for good food, but mainly the service and ambiance and that was very disappointing.

The alcohol didn’t taste right. I had a vodka martini and the aroma and flavor was so slight it made wonder if there was any alcohol in it.
