WOW! WOW! WOW!!! My wife and I dined at Saffron last night based on a review posted on TikTok. We've never gone to a restaurant for Indian cuisine before. My wife doesn't like anything spicy. Saffron EXCEEDED our expectations. Beautiful decor inside. Outstanding service by Armand. And the food was beyond EXCEPTIONAL! We started with an order of the Kasondi Shrimp and Pulled Tandoori Chicken Bao bun appetizers. The lobster-size shrimp was tasty by itself but the pickled mayo added an extra nice flavor component. The Bao buns were great; perhaps a bit too filling (based on everything else we ordered). For entrees, my wife ordered the Tandoori Octopus. She's born & raised in Sicily, so to say that she's an octopus snob is an understatement. Sauce on an octopus dish - sacrilege! It was one of the largest dinner portions of octopus I've ever seen and the mushroom fondue sauce was spot on! I ordered the Saffron Butter Chicken; super flavorful and filling. I've seen some reviews saying they didn't receive much chicken; perhaps they saved it for me. I had more than enough. We also ordered a side of Dal Makhani (black lentils) - fantastic and Fig Naan - double fantastic. Thanks for an amazing dinner! We will be back!

One of the best restaurants in all of Redbank! They offer a really great and interesting cuisine and execute it perfectly

The modern Indian cuisine here adds components I have not seen in traditional Indian food. The food was very tasty… We stuck to an assortment of small plates, which were truly small portions at kinda steep prices. The outdoor seating was comfortable, even though it’s technically in the parking lot.

Amazing as always! Brought my mom here for a birthday lunch and had an amazing time. The lamb chops as always steal the show so much that we ordered three to share for the group of us. The food is amazing and the service is always very friendly and attentive.
