La comida maravillosa, las sugerencias espectaculares y el servicio que nos brindaron espectacular ! Recomendable 100%, celebramos el aniversario ahí y el restaurante tuvo algunos detalles que nos parecieron excelente !! Disfruten este lugar !

We had the seasonal tasting menu which was extremely well thought out and prepared meticulously. The wine parings clearly involved some serious thought as each course virtually required the food and wine together to form a complete experience.

Un service toujours remarquable en salle. Des plats classiques mais parfaitement exécutés. Une très jolie carte des vins menée de main de maître par un sommelier d’exception.

This was not only best meal we had in Madrid, but also one of the best meals and experiences we have ever had. Service was top notch, the food was exquisite, the restaurant is gorgeous, and it was worth every bit. We had the seasonal mushrooms, green peas with a delicious sabayon, we shared the veal shank for too which was divine. And then there was the wine, the house specialty olive martini, and two off menu desserts that we devoured. A must visit.

This place is amazing - it has that intense formality which is hard to avoid with fine dining but the staff are great and they obviously take their jobs seriously and clearly want you to have a good dining experience. I consider myself to be fairly well traveled and have eaten at many great restaurants but this place really is next level - the food is outstanding and I can’t remember eating a meal before and not wanting it to stop - it was increíble. Highly recommended this place - it’s not cheap but worth every penny:)
