First of all Absolutely NOT for Families and this should be designated and promoted as a Club/Bar and not as a Restaurant. This is just a Meat Shop for singles. We made a mistake by only seeing the rating and not reading the reviews before reserving the table. Once, we got there and stepped inside the restaurant.....right away we knew this is not a place for families. Since, we were already there and had also paid for Valet, we decided to ordered the food to go.....and this was our 2nd mistake. :( We ordered Shawarma Platter, Kebab Platter, Hummus, and Sumac Fries after confirming that these platters are good for 2 to 3 ppl. But only after we got to our hotel and opened the containers, we realized that it was just a pure rip-off as the food was barely enough for 1 person. Other than the Sumac Fries, everything else was just OK.....plus Hummus was a bit watery and not good at all. We had to then order more food from the hotel to quench our hunger. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone with a family.

I booked online, tired of being seated on the side (three times already), this time I specifically requested couch seats in the middle (noted in the reservation). Even with that, they still tried to seat us in the 'dead area.' They always claim that the best tables are already booked. I wonder how, since you can’t specify your table preference online (I’m a perfect example!). And you can’t call to book either, so how do these people always get the best tables? They simply keep them for 'special guests,' which I’ve always disliked and never allowed at the places I managed. We were three beautiful ladies with one gentleman, all dressed up, yet still placed on the side to make room for 'VIPs' who hadn’t even booked. It’s so disappointing. Thankfully, the manager that night took time to listen and took good care of us, he really made our dinner special! I was thinking it would be my last time at this place, but thanks to him, I’ll still go to my favorite spot in Dallas!"

The manager/owner accommodated me and my party. It was a spare of the moment and didn’t know how many people would attend for happy hour. They did awesome. The waitress took care of everyone. Jody was fantastic. Thanks Saaya

I’ve been to Saaya before & I always order the same thing, but yesterday the food was indeed not as fresh. I ordered the shrimp kebab, & the rice was so cold, hard & crispy. The shrimp were good but overall the food I had yesterday was very mediocre. Not impressed with the quality of food with Saaya yesterday. There’s always room for improvement.

The hookah is really really bad wth the smoke doesn’t even come out and the place is nice but you guys have to hire someone who knows how to make hookah.

recently visited Saaya and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was a major disappointment, and here’s why: 1.even though we having a reservation, they change our. Table 3 times. The restaurant was not overly busy, so this delay was puzzling. 2. some unfriendly Staff: A very not polite lady request ID before seated for security purpose. another 15 minutes for a server to take our drink orders. 3 Lack of Professionalism: The staff appeared disorganized and uncoordinated. There was no sense of urgency, and the overall attitude was indifferent. This lack of professionalism greatly detracted from the dining experience. 4 Billing Issues: Never on the restaurant website or when we made reservations said that they only can give one bill and that bill can not be split it This added to the frustration of an already disappointing experience. Overall, the poor service at Saaya overshadowed any positives the restaurant might have had. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements. Until then, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.
