Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Take in the panoramic vista of the Dublin Mountains, the River Liffey, the city centre and even as far as Dun Laoghaire on a clear day! Comfy leather clad booths line the windows. An open kitchen and grill adds a sense of theatre to the room. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views and the only walls in the room are clad in beautiful veined marble. Ryleigh’s serves breakfast, lunch, Brunch (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays) and dinner. Ideal spot to grab a bite with family and friends. The dinner menu features tasty options such as Sizzling Prawns and Beef Tartare to start. A selection of Irish steaks for main (Striploin, Delmonico, Centre Cut Fillet, Tomahawk Ribeye for two, and John Stone's T-Bone for two) cooked over our charcoal grill, Pan-Seared Monkfish and delicious desserts such as Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

The New Year’s Eve menu was good, but the duck amuse-bouche was like a croquette, with too much potato and just a little bit of duck. The dessert I chose was the lemon tart; however, it was served with raspberry sorbet, which made it too acidic. The combination of the lemon’s acidity with the raspberry sorbet was overly sour. The service was great. The toilets were super clean. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Shame they took the calamari off the menu was 10/10 last year, prawn starter wasn’t great in its place this year.. steak was gorgeous and all the sides were amazing. Great service from all the staff another great night will be back again.

I'm sure this is a lovely restuarant however the staff weren't very welcoming and it felt rather stuffy We weren't made to feel welcome or important and given the prices we felt it wasn't worth staying as we were celebrating an important family occasion so wanted to be somewhere where we were made to feel welcome Can't comment on food as we didn't stay

We had a wonderful dining experience, restaurant is gorgeous food was so good and our waiter was outstanding , sorry I missed her name but she was from Lithuania, she looked after 4 of us so well, so pleasant and smiling. It got quite busy later and it was a little harder to get some ones attention but our lady was running from table to table doing her best and still smiling. Too much pressure on an excellent member of staff. She’s a gem, don’t loose her. I have booked to return again in a couple of weeks it was so good.

We had an excellent experience for our 10th anniversary, the food was fantastic and the service even better. I’m not sure of the name of the woman that served us but she made our experience special, everything she said we should go for from the starter to the sharing t bone steak was brilliant, this is one of my first reviews and we will be back

Fantastic ambience and vibe in part due to roof top location but also the decor and surroundings in general. Staff were all excellent Whilst the food was great it was nothing exceptional but was pricey , perhaps the location has pushed prices up.
