Romantique

Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Take in the panoramic vista of the Dublin Mountains, the River Liffey, the city centre and even as far as Dun Laoghaire on a clear day! Comfy leather clad booths line the windows. An open kitchen and grill adds a sense of theatre to the room. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views and the only walls in the room are clad in beautiful veined marble. Ryleigh’s serves breakfast, lunch, Brunch (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays) and dinner. Ideal spot to grab a bite with family and friends. The dinner menu features tasty options such as Sizzling Prawns and Beef Tartare to start. A selection of Irish steaks for main (Striploin, Delmonico, Centre Cut Fillet, Tomahawk Ribeye for two, and John Stone's T-Bone for two) cooked over our charcoal grill, Pan-Seared Monkfish and delicious desserts such as Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Excelente restaurante, con vistas panorámicas y un servicio de mucha calidad, la comida inmejorable y atendieron muy bien la petición de celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa con un postre de cortesía.

Great location, quality steak, ran out of prawns! … awful waitress but others seemed nice, supervisor was a gent.

Unfortunately, this was'nt a the experience we had hoped for. It started off by beeing completely ignored on arrival and when we finally got our table we didn't even have the time to look at the menu and order our drinks before the waiter wanted us to order our food. Half the company got drinks but the other half hadn't ordered theirs before he was back wanting us to place an order for food. The music was so loud so we couldn't hear what he said or what anyone around the table said. The food was nice, especially the grilled meat. We didn't stay for dessert and we were surpriced that a service charge of nearly €50 was added on to the bill since we had decided not to give any tips. This place is probably good for office parties and after works but we can't recommend it. We were a company of 6 and none of us enjoyed our meal.

We went for early dining, 2.30pm , Brunch menu, , everything went well, food was lovely and value for money.

Lovely experience in the restaurant - less so in the Hotel, which was fully booked out with corporate parties and had left no space for restaurant guests to have a drink beforehand. The food and service in Ryleighs was very good and special shout out to Guilli who looked after our family so well and quietly helped us celebrate a special birthday. He was excellent. Loved the overall experience in the Restaurant.

We had a great time at Dinner last night. The service was excellent, the team were engaging but not imposing. The food was excellent and a great atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent food and service. Our waiter Guilli was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about which wines paired with the food we chose. We will all be back very soon.

Cool location. We were sat a a table next to the door (according to the waitress it was their best table) and caught a hard draft. After some discussion and a manager getting involved, we were moved. The food was good. Our favourite starter would have to be the duck with a close second the mushroom tempura (although very much deep fried). We ordered the del Monica (by far the best), strip loin and the center cut (by far the worse value for your money). The center cut steak was a child’s portion for 49€. The wine was good and they offered a nice range. Would I ever go back, probably not. It’s nice but over priced for the offering.
