Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Take in the panoramic vista of the Dublin Mountains, the River Liffey, the city centre and even as far as Dun Laoghaire on a clear day! Comfy leather clad booths line the windows. An open kitchen and grill adds a sense of theatre to the room. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views and the only walls in the room are clad in beautiful veined marble. Ryleigh’s serves breakfast, lunch, Brunch (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays) and dinner. Ideal spot to grab a bite with family and friends. The dinner menu features tasty options such as Sizzling Prawns and Beef Tartare to start. A selection of Irish steaks for main (Striploin, Delmonico, Centre Cut Fillet, Tomahawk Ribeye for two, and John Stone's T-Bone for two) cooked over our charcoal grill, Pan-Seared Monkfish and delicious desserts such as Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Not a great dining experience. Waiter basically dropped the plates on the table, which actually made me laugh, then just walked away. No enjoy your meal nothing! I got stripline steak and it was very which actually made me laugh Dad just walked away. No enjoy your meal nothing. I got a stripline and I was cutting around sinew, think I just got a bad. Afraid this would not be on my top steakhouses. They did take my feedback well.

Food was great albeit quite expensive but if you’re out to have a good steak this is a great place to go with great views!

I just had the best steak dinner I have ever had, the T bone was cooked to perfection, it’s very common for medium well to turn out either medium or well done, Ryleigh did it just right. The pepper sauce and roasted garlic butter were perfect. The truffle fries and corn ribs were outstanding, I really enjoyed every bite. Our waiter Guille was extremely friendly and helpful, he recommended most of our order and his recommendations were spot on. The dessert omg the dessert was scrumptious, we got the honey and macadamia sundae, and the orange chocolate bar, and both of them were so flavourful and rich. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. To summarise, I had a wonderful wonderful experience, thanks to Guille and everyone there.

Excellent service, fine dining and lively atmosphere! This is our fourth year in a row to celebrate a joint birthday and it did not disappoint! Looking forward to next year already! I would highly recommend this place!
