Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Take in the panoramic vista of the Dublin Mountains, the River Liffey, the city centre and even as far as Dun Laoghaire on a clear day! Comfy leather clad booths line the windows. An open kitchen and grill adds a sense of theatre to the room. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views and the only walls in the room are clad in beautiful veined marble. Ryleigh’s serves breakfast, lunch, Brunch (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays) and dinner. Ideal spot to grab a bite with family and friends. The dinner menu features tasty options such as Sizzling Prawns and Beef Tartare to start. A selection of Irish steaks for main (Striploin, Delmonico, Centre Cut Fillet, Tomahawk Ribeye for two, and John Stone's T-Bone for two) cooked over our charcoal grill, Pan-Seared Monkfish and delicious desserts such as Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

                                                  We had reservations at 1915. Showed up about 1845 and were seated immediately with amazing views of River Liffey. Server was amazing and very attentive to us. I had the Wild Mushroom Gnocchi and my husband had the Delmonico steak. Both were incredible. We would 100% recommend this restaurant.

                                                  Simply cannot fault it. Absolute perfection from time we arrived to time we left. Wine was delicious. Views were amazing. Service was 1st class. Special thanks to our waiter Guillermo. Tomohawk steak was out of this world. And finished off with delicious dessert. Will go back again anytime and very soon.

                                                  The service was amazing, nice atmosphere but the food was really poor at the lunch menu, I ended up eating an overpriced steak salad which had fell pieces of steak, not even a full steak, poorly dressed no taste at all. I wish to had an starter but there was no startes at the menu, but had on the set menu, which they refused to sell it separate, the stick toffee pudding tasted like a cake and the cheese cake was very branding taste, unfortunately only the burger was good although very small for the price Sorry guys this is a beautiful place and the food should be at the standard at lunchtime not only at dinner time. I know it's s..cks but take this review as constructive.

                                                  The food was amazing! Staff was so good and friendly. Would absolutely recommend for a date night or a special occasion or just an amazing place with amazing views to have food.

                                                  We were allowed to dine earlier than our reservation time. The food was delicious and the service really very good. Our server was lovely! The room is absolutely beautiful and the whole experience was a real treat!

                                                  What a fab restaurant. Excellent service, just enough interaction, plenty of staff. The food was gorgeous and the service prompt. I would recommend this restaurant. Booking is a must

                                                  Had a lovely dining experience this evening at Ryleigh’s Rooftop with my partner for my birthday. This was our first time at Ryleigh’s. Our server Dino was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had the 34oz Tomahawk Rib Eye to share. Dinos recommendations for a starter, sides and sauces were so helpful. They were delicious. The steak was flavourful and tender. Overall this was a really great dining experience. The sides could be a little bigger for the sharing mains, and the service was a little slow, but this wouldn’t hinder us from coming back again! Thank you Dino and team!
