The waiter did not provide adequate attention, we had to signal for her each time. Weren’t even offered drinks. Our food was not good, we unanimously felt that way. Much was left of the food. On a positive note, the atmosphere was great, beautiful place and bathrooms were cleaned too.

It feels like they need to work out some kinks still. Drinks were extremely delayed. For example, we ordered single glasses of wine to have with entrees but wine did not arrive until we had thoroughly finished eating them (and we did try to eat slowly to allow time for wine to get to us). Also, we sat outside and the door to the inside seriously needs some oil. It loudly creaked every time it was opened (which was very frequently)

Recently re-opened under new ownership. Great food and atmosphere but overall, the service is a mess. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation and there were other frustrated patrons. Once seated, no one made any effort to serve us for another 20 minutes. Once a waitperson was assigned, she was very good. But we’re going to give it another few months before trying it again.

The food was excellent. However, the service was extremely slow. Our waitress, although polite, apologized several times for the slow service but did little to improve the situation. This was our first visit to this restaurant. Although it wasn't perfect, we did feel that it had potential. My wife abd I agreed to give it another shot. This was an anniversary dinner. Although the restaurant made note of it for our reservation, the staff made no reference to it during our dinner. . I had requested a booth but was initially taken to a table. I expressed my concern, and after checking, we were given a booth. Little things and attention to detail do make a difference.

Our server Jewel was amazing, very responsive , and all around great customer service….but the kitchen continued to get our order incorrect, which made our first experience exhaustive. The management team was on top of it and was always great in responding to the mishaps. Because of the superb service from both our server and the management team, we will try them again.

First time here. Everything was great - food, service and atmosphere. Location was nice although parking was a challenge. Very busy in the area. We will return.

Great atmosphere, great food, and great service! The drinks were nice and cost wasn’t bad $10.00 old fashion! What else can you ask for? Also, you gotta love a place that’s dog friendly!!

Went to dinner at the newly re-opened, re-branded, Rye Street Tavern. We had reservations and were seated promptly at a window seat which we requested. The restaurant is beautiful. Our server was friendly and prompt, but was not an oyster eater or drinker, so could not offer any advice. She got a bar manager to come over and explain the different oyster options. We requested a drink not on the menu, which was made to perfection. They are a very nice outdoor seating options with a huge bar. Live music was playing, and it was loud, so we decided to eat inside. We would go back and try some other options. We both got steak and would like to try some seafood options for entrees.

Great night at the RYE. Food was excellent especially dessert! Location was right on the water with music, couldn’t ask for a better night out.
