Legitimate fine dining. Great place for a special occasion. Steaks were cooked as ordered and had a wonderful butter finish to them.

The staff greeted us with happy birthday wishes for my son, which was really sweet. Walleed, our server, was attentive and friendly, and he did a great job. The food was outstanding as always. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

This is my third time here and probably my last time. Service was great, but the steak was undercooked. When they brought it back from cooking it to desire likely, it didn't taste good. They soaked it in butter, and the taste was off. The gotten potatoes were chunks not sliced and tasted like fake cheese. It was very expensive for the quality ($250 for two, which included one glass of wine). The company was fantastic tho!

We had a wonderful dinner for my husband's birthday. Our meal and the service were excellent. The complimentary dessert and the festive birthday confetti were a nice touch. The only thing that would have made it a better experience would have been to be seated at a better table location. It was a little odd to be in a corner next to a large group. We would have preferred to be in a booth to ourselves. I'll remember to make a special request for a booth next time.

I've been to many Ruth's Chris over the years and have had some awesome steaks. On this evening, we decided to check out their Happy Hour based on a recommendation from a friend in New Jersey. I looked online, and saw they offered several options during Happy Hour. So off we ventured on this quiet Friday evening to check it out. We were initially seated at a booth in the front dining room by a window, which was very nice. However, when we mentioned that we were there for Happy Hour, we were told that Happy Hour was only served in the bar area. We quickly moved and were reseated at a booth near the bar, but why not ask about dining preferences before being seated, or to post a small sign about Happy Hour Seating at the front desk so the hostess doesn't inconvenience customers? The Happy Hour choices were very limited, so we selected: * Steak Sandwich ($17) * Cheeseburger ($16) * Side Cremini Mushrooms - Regular Menu Item ($15) * 6 oz Dao Cabernet - Regular Menu Item ($20) * 6 oz Sea Sun Merlot - Regular Menu Item ($20) When the cheeseburger arrived it looked good, very much like the online picture, a good burger with a soft, reasonably sized bun. However, the Steak Sandwich didn't look anything like the online image. On a large roll, there were a few very thin slices of steak, with a modest amount of béarnaise sauce, it made me do a double take (maybe the sauce was absorbed into the giant roll). The mushrooms didn't arrive, and we had to ask for them. The waitress went back to check on them and they arrived a few minutes later. They were from the regular menu, and they were delicious. We put some of the mushrooms on the burger, took the meager steak off the bread and added it to the Cremini Mushrooms, and voila, that reconstructed dish tasted very good. The fries arrived moderately warm and not very crispy, which was disappointing. The total cost of this unhappy Happy Hour dinner was $105 with tip.

There was a man right outside of our window - may have been homeless which really runined our experience. The hostess had to keep going outside and the manager could have given a crap about us sitting right next to him. It’s gone downhill. Steak was just ok and no attention to detail in the wait staff. He asked multiple questions about an item I wanted and never brought it. Won’t go back.
