Went for the Casamigos tasting menu- 4 courses plus dessert- we were excited- it was very poorly managed - the drinks were on time but they waited for the food to serve - every course was significantly late - the food was cold and the drinks watered down because the ice had melted awaiting the food - this happened for every course - the steak was ok - because the plate was hot and almost brought it back to life - overall very disappointing- it was a 3.5 hours - way to long I like Ruth Christs- but won’t attend another tasting event - will just go for the regular menu

Call me old fashioned, but I'm a firm believer that a diner should never have to ask to have their water glass refilled - and when they are required to ask, the glass should be filled somewhat quickly and not wait (as their meal cooled) to have something to drink. This particular Ruth's was tired (bathroom dirty, light lense cracked...), entire restaurant unusally darker than any other Ruth's I've visited. Overall - relative to the many Ruth's I've eaten at - this particular one was midiocre. Good - not great, which is what I've come to expect, but did not get here.

Give the option of 9pm reservation online then immediately call you to tell you the doors close at 9pm. Then when you get to the restaurant at 8:50 they say you have 6 mins to order. Felt way too rushed for spending close to 300$.

I requested a booth in the lounge, and we arrived to find that seating option reserved for us. We have a 3 year old, and we appreciated having the kids menu/coloring page ready for him. Honestly our son was a contributor to the moderate noise level, which is why I prefer dining in the lounge rather than the dining room when he is with us. Everything was great.
