Excellent service and delicious food. Table was placed in a secluded area for privacy for our party. I would highly recommend

90 mins until I finally got my drink. It came on the third try. We ordered the Tomahawk steak. The person delivering it to the table did not slice it, he cut out the center and tried to serve far from our table and ended up dumping my piece right on the table. He then scooped it up and plopped it on my plate. I couldn’t believe it. So many more things went wrong, used to be one of our fav places, we will not be back.

Always great food and great service. The menu is consistent with additional choices. We have frequently dined at Ruth's in Waltham and have never been disappointed. Their team rises to the challenge each time. Mackenzy was a very attentive and responsive service. Great Job!

Lovely and sophisticated atmosphere. Our waiter Zach was a professional gentleman. Thanksgiving dinner was delicious. Especially enjoyed the sweet potato casserole. Delicious pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. Staff was very welcoming upon our arrival.

One of the most juiciest pieces of steak I’ve had along with the mashed potatoes. The Mac and cheese could have been better. Looked dry and it felt more like pasta with cheese rather than Mac and cheese.

First visit and won’t be the last. We were celebrating several milestones and the folks at Ruth Chris did not disappoint. Our server, Tyrone, was outstanding. Attentive and friendly, he never rushed us and seemed to know just when to check in. Our steaks—strip and petit filet—were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The salads and sides were good but not as good as the mains. We felt well cared for and valued as diners. Worth a visit.

Our waiter was great however the meat we ordered came as medium vs. medium rare. The quality of the food was good just disappointed it wasn’t to our specifications! They did give us free cheesecake to make up for the mistake which was thoughtful but next time hope they get the meat order correct. One last comment - we were in the room near the bar - lovely room a d table but the lighting was horrible! They need to either turn up the ceiling lights or have brighter lights at the table. Couldn’t read the menu without turning on my phone flashlight and couldn’t see my food very well
