They forgot our salad. Brought it out wrong. Main course came out while we were eating our salad. Moved the salad plate over to deliver steak. No apology. Very unprofessional. For the cost they can do better

Let me say we eat here a lot, and some servers know us by name. We celebrated a parent's birthday last night, and the lady that greets at the front door was WONDERFUL, she is SO DELIGHTFUL and helpful, and had the table all ready. She knows us and always thanks us for returning! The problem was Krista the server, not attentive, too slow, food took a long time to arrive, and while the food was good, there was a mistake on some of it. We were always trying to signal her to come to the table. My drink glass was never refilled, had to ask at one point for the person clearing a table nearby to find Krista. We had a party of 5 the bill was just under $300. We have always had STELLAR service and great food, but I think our server Krista made us a really low priority, there was not a huge table nearby occupying her or anything so this was really unusual. It less than great last night.

Food is always good but the A/C was on !! It was freezing, so cold that we didn’t enjoy the meal and it seems that we’re under staffed

We arrived as the crowd for a concert was arriving, we were seated immediately and was served our food within 15 minutes. Food was hot and delicious! We recommend Ruth’s anytime. Great Food and Service

We were greeted and checked in in a very timely mater. We were seat om time. Our meals were prepared as order and timely. A very enjoyable experience.

One of the worst experiences I have had a Ruth Chris, food was over cooked, service was horrible.

Delicious lobster Mac and cheese, mushrooms, and potatoes! Porterhouse Steak was ok. Service was absolutely amazing!
