Everything was great besides the EXTREMELY LOUD and rude customers at the next table. We wanted a quiet dinner for my birthday but that took away a bit. Some folk just don’t understand! However, our server, Michelle, was excellent. The staff helped her serving us and I don’t want my previous comment to take away from their professionalism. She treated us Royal and made up for the deficiency. Kudos to her!

Good service, but my medium rare steak had no seasoning and did not taste good.

Ruth’s Chris is completely inconsistent. The ambiance of the restaurant is non existent and there were multiple times when servers almost collided with trays. Our server up charged us on top shelf liquor for our drinks that we didn’t ask for and the Tomahawk that we ordered was beyond fatty. We order Tomahawk steaks frequently and understand they are a more fatty cut but this was excessive. Portion size on side dishes were also ridiculously small. We will Not be back.

Always a great experience the staff is amazing they are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your food is good and you have every thing the way to want. Great job every body at the Reston place Thank you really appreciate the way you guys work

The service here was terrific and the steaks were exceptional. The restaurant stayed open for us as we booked our reservation and then was on our flight landing at Dulles and so the restaurant tried to confirm but we were in flight and so could not confirm. So grateful that they kept our reservation and that we had a wonderful meal. I would ask for Michelle and will always come here when we fly out of Dulles.

Outstanding four course steak dinner! Expensive prices, but worth it for special events. Very hospitable staff and an overall aesthetic ambience. No doubt that I will dine here again for my next big occasion!
