Great Ruth Chris Franchise. We shared the 48 oz. Porterhouse! Great! Fries and Asparagus to accompany! Outstanding, extensive wine list. Started with Spicy BBQ Shrimp! Delicious. Fantastic service, we’ve eaten at this restaurant many times. Very great bet when visiting Reno!

Food was great, was hoping to have a booth since I said it was our 30th wedding Anniversary when I reserved with Open Table. They did not acknowledge our Anniversary. The food and service were fantastic. Only issue is we set in the bar section and there we a lot of loud drunk people walking by. If you’re in the dinning room this problem would be eliminated. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Always look forward to dining at Ruth’sChris. Only disappointment was there was no mint jelly available with the Lamb Chop entree, which was not mentioned when ordering. Explained to general manager that, if I had known that there was no mint jelly to offset the lamb taste, I would have ordered an alternative. He recognized this snafu, and comped me the charge for a side dish( approx $17). Glad to see this customer service.

Absolutely amazing experience and service. Portions were generous, piping hot and delicious. Shame on me for not remembering our waitress’ name because she was delightful. She was patient and well versed in the menu. She gave excellent advice on things to do on our visit and made great conversation during stops at our table. We even spoke with the manager to thank him for her stellar service. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. Wish we could give more stars ⭐️!

They were sold out of almost everything on the menu. The place looks run down and dirty. Our server Andrew is the only reason why we stayed. He did a great job attending to us.
