    Kym was our server and she is amazing. We will now be her regulars. She had great recommendations and an even better sense of humor. Went in for a romantic Valentines dinner and my birthday was in there from a previous year. They included it in our reservation for this dinner. Very sweet they remembered, made me feel special. We had the spicy shrimp, house salads, Tomahawk steak, lobster tail, and garlic mashed potatoes. Always perfect…. Every time! And of course desert, they have the best crème brûlée!

    Great Food, Great Service... Great environment. The ONLY downside... and I'm being picky is that we could hear Casino noises which seemed loud at times. That said... we sat near the front door and likewise I suspect a table deeper in the restaurant would likely not notice. But SERIOUSLY, it was Super nice!! Thank you!!

    Be aure you are very specific when you describe how you like your steak cooked. I am someone who likes their steak medium well but that always seems to arrive more in the medium rare side. The steak is always top quality just insist on your way.

    I've been to several Ruth's Chris Steak House across the United States and this one is by far the best. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating from the minute you walk in. The service is great, and the food is the best. You don't want to miss having the sweet potato casserole. Invited a couple that had been disappointed at other locations and they were surprised at the difference. It was a great meal and evening,

    Out of sea bass settled for crab cakes, not great. Steak was well seasoned, cooked well and served hot. Au gratin potatoes were weird.

    The entire staff, from the hostess to the servers were outstanding. Food was also. We always love our dinners at Ruth’s Chris, but our experience In Reno was exceptional.

    My wife and I visited this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We had requested a quieter location, and they were able to accommodate us, which we appreciated. However, the service and food did not meet expectations. There was a long wait before our waiter introduced himself, and his table monitoring throughout the evening was not as attentive as it should have been. My wife ordered a ribeye steak, but it was initially overcooked and dry. When we asked for it to be remade, the second attempt came back nearly raw, even though she had ordered it medium. The time it took to go through the process of remaking the steak was far too long, and by the time it was resolved, the evening had dragged on for nearly two hours. The only thing my wife ended up eating was her salad. For what was supposed to be a special celebration, this experience fell short due to the lack of attention to food preparation and service.
