Food was excellent service was also very very good was impressed by the waiters attention to detail. The only thing I didn’t like was that they serve the food on these plates that come out at 500° and I forgot at one point and I touched one and burnt my hand. The waiter did offer, a little packet of burn medicine which did help immediately however I think they need to rethink that process of leaving the 500° plates on the table I would return again. The food was excellent. The sides were very good. I had the lamb chops I had the spiced hot spicy shrimp and the Mac & cheese and the brussels sprouts all were very very, very good

It has gotten more expensive and food was good. Service was very good. Staff did a good job at addressing issues.

First time at the Paramus Ruth’s Chris. Restaurant is beautifully decorated, warm ambience. Service was wonderful, our waitress was amazing. Will definitely be back since this location is a lot closer than Weehawkin.

Jennifer, the manager, was terrific! As the waiter wasn’t immediately available, she came over to our table and assisted. She visited the table throughout the night and had wonderful interactions with my elderly mother. The lamb chops were tender and delicious. The veal osso buco ravioli was good. The fried calamari was flavorful, but some pieces were very tough & chewy. The petit filet was enjoyable, but arrived medium well when medium was requested. At places that don’t specialize in steaks, I usually ask for medium rare, as the steak tends to be over cooked. It was a little disappointing. The drinks, coffee and crème brûlée were tasty. Overall, it was a good meal with great service and an elegant atmosphere. It’s a bit pricey, so we only visit for special occasions.

Made a reservation for a celebratory dinner, we had a leisurely meal with friendly service and delicious food. Can't wait to return again soon!

As always, a great experience food was excellent. Went for a Mother’s Day dinner with my wife and child. Our waiter, Walker was attentive and friendly. THe fire alarm went off while we were dining but before the entrees came out. Fire department and police came out and assessed and they reopened in under 10 minutes. We had to all evacuate the building. All that is to say that the staff handled it well by getting everyone out and serving glasses of champagne before they let us back in and we got a round on the house as well. Memorable day with some humorous events added in and everyone was safe. It won’t stop me from going back. Also, a fire alarm at a restaurant is a pretty rare experience… can’t penalize them for that.

Fire alarm went off before our food could be delivered. Lead to a tough night for a hungry family and a tough Mother’s Day experience. Melvin the GM was nice before the fiasco.
