Jenn was amazing. She took care of my guest and I… Our server was attentive and very accommodating…. He’s recommendations for food and beverages was impeccable…. Must do again and again. The whole restaurant treated us like family. Thank you.

My husband normally makes all the reservations and this time I decided too. First we get there and they can't find it and then after visiting this Ruth Chris location several times they treat us like we are an inconvenience. Between the food and service we were both very unhappy and will visit Capital Grille next time instead.

You would think that a reservation would at least get you a table in the main dining room and not getting sat bar side stating it was the only thing available. As we tried to have a nice meal we had to listen to loud people sitting at the bar cursing. Even the bartender attempted to calm them down but never saw a manager the whole time. Fortunately, the service was good so we were able to get our food fast to be able to get out.

Steaks were undercooked, unfortunately. We appreciated the birthday candle dessert. Service was great.

Came for my moms birthday and had an excellent experience, like usual when my husband and I just come alone. Everything from apps, entrees and dessert were delicious. Overall service was a 10. Tristan was our server and he was very attentive. From the excellent service to our meals it was an enjoyable dinner and we look forward to coming back.
