We ordered filets and shoestring fries; the fries were somewhat crispy but tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. Kind of gross, actually. The ceasar salad was good, our cocktails and wine were great. Steaks were delicious.

The food was consistently Ruth’s Chris quality & flavor, however the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at any RC I’ve dined at … very disappointing!!

This was our first time dining at this location. It was a much better experience than the last location we been to in Florida. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice

Our recent dining experience at Ruth’s Chris was made outstanding by our waitress, Sarah. From the moment we were seated, Sarah’s warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for the evening. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and answering all our questions with a friendly smile. Sarah’s attention to detail was impeccable. She ensured our drinks were always topped up and checked in with us at the perfect times, never interrupting our conversation but always making sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism and genuine care for our dining experience truly stood out. Sarah’s exceptional service made our night memorable, and we look forward to our next visit, hoping to be served by her again. Thank you, Sarah, for making our evening special!

Even after alerting the waiter to our need to be somewhere after and placing our order all at once, the food was delayed and the service was poor. Out waiter clearly wasn’t checking on our food after seeing us sitting for 30 minutes and the appetizer was just arriving. The bartender was having a lengthy conversation as her orders were backing up. Clearly she was ready to clock out, which she did after making the drinks. I’ve never had an old fashioned made with orange juice. I watched as she muffled the orange to a pulp left out simple syrup and served up a cloudy drink. Once our food arrived we didn’t get clean plates for our sides or serving utensils. My son said we would’ve receive better service at IHOP, and unfortunately he’s correct.
