My steak was overcooked, dry and tasteless. This is extremely disappointing given the price point and that this is supposed to be a quality steakhouse.

I have attended many events at the Pier 5 location and thought, why not try one at Odenton. Big mistake. Poorly timed courses, some of the food was just off (those potato rosettes were HARD!), the last bourbon pairing didn’t happen so they had to scramble with a substitute, the checks took forever to arrive, one of my cocktails was brought out as a different cosmo, not the one I ordered, and it lacked the typical garnish, and when I ordered two coffees, only one ultimately came. Also, they were not on top of water refills throughout. Worse, can anyone explain the $60 “service charge” added to my bill? I have never seen that before. That, combined with the automatic gratuity (since when did they start doing that for parties of 2?), took what should have been approximately a $280 bill, plus one cocktail and a couple coffees, to $380. What?? Even had everything been stellar, that is exorbitant. I can afford it, and I am normally a great tipper. But wow, it’s the principle of the thing. I will stick to the Pier 5 location in Baltimore from here on out.

Great food & drinks! Our waitress, Sarah, was exceptionally sweet & took great care of us for our 1st year wedding anniversary. All of our food was delicious - we especially enjoyed the zucchini steak fries!

I recently celebrated my anniversary at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly special. They had reserved a beautiful table for us, adorned with rose petals, which added such a thoughtful and romantic touch to the evening. The service was impeccable, and every detail was taken care of. As for the food, it was nothing short of spectacular. The steaks were perfectly cooked and melted in our mouths, and the sides were equally delicious. Overall, it was the perfect place for a special occasion, and we’ll definitely be returning!

We ordered filets and shoestring fries; the fries were somewhat crispy but tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. Kind of gross, actually. The ceasar salad was good, our cocktails and wine were great. Steaks were delicious.

The food was consistently Ruth’s Chris quality & flavor, however the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at any RC I’ve dined at … very disappointing!!
