First time at this Ruth's Chris steakhouse and it was very good. Service was excellent. Steaks were cooked perfect, very tasty and really tender. Had desserts of crème brûlée and cheesecake and both were really good There are a lot of steak houses to choose from and I think I would go to this one before Prime in Huntington

We actually waited 30 minutes until we asked for who our waiter was. It seemed as tho no one was assigned to our table. Was very unhappy about that since we were celebrating a birthday but the manager came to apologize and took care of the situation. William our waiter was great! Food was terrific! They gave us free birthday cake! Would recommend since food and service (minus the hiccup which they made up for) was wonderful!

A very disappointing experience for our anniversary dinner. Our waiter made a mistake and didn’t order my main course. So my husband ate alone, uncomfortably. We had to ask someone cleaning tables to find our waiter to ask where my food was. It was busy, but not that busy! While apologies were made, they should’ve offered to provide something complementary while we had to wait for my dinner to be prepared. They did not. So I requested a cocktail, free of charge. They agreed. In a restaurant of this caliber, none of these mistakes should have occurred.

It was our anniversary the service and ambience was amazing It made us feel so special having our table decorated and we were given an anniversary card. The waiter cheered us with a champagne flute with a berry in it. It was amazing. Thank you for making our anniversary so special. The food was phenomenal

Everything was delicious. I was there to celebrate a retirement and there were so many special touches that made the evening extra special. The table was decorated, there was a congratulations card on the table and a lovely dessert. Our server, Tyler, was outstanding. All in all it was a very memorable evening!

Skip two dinners here and go to Opus. Hostess unfriendly. Long wait despite reservations and no one in the restaurant. Steak returned twice due to not cooked to order. Potatoes not cooked. Uncouth crowd with cursing and inappropriate dress.

My husband and I took my father-in-law for his 60th birthday. He thoroughly enjoyed himself. Our server Rob was amazing and extremely personable.
