    Food and service are excellence! Our servers, Paul and Albert recommended us to watch fire works nearby right after dinner! We had a great time welcoming the new year watching the fire works right in front of us! Thank you Paul and Albert!

    The table was set by the window and in a relatively quite corner of the resturant. Service is good and the food portion was very generous. However, it was very pricey.

    Great meal as usual. Food was great but waiter went awol for about 30 minutes. Overall a very good experience

    Worst experience. Came here for new years eve to have a wonderful dinner with my partner and it was the worst dinner ever! First of all we came here just last week and the quality of food and service went downhill fast and we are regulars here and have always had a great experience except for today! 1. Our server came and told us since it's new years eve the food is going to he coming out faster than usual because they are fully booked. This kind of rubbed me the wring way because rushing the service on a special holiday where people just want to relax is starting the experience off on the wrong foot. 2. We order the porterhouse, mashed potatoes, lobster mac and cheese, and 3 lobster tail. The porter house was smaller than usual, the lobster tail were also smaller than usual. The mashed potato serving was almost half of what we usually get. The lobster mac and cheese was a soupy mess. 3. Our server did not seem eager to serve us our steak and did not ask if we wanted our lobsters out of the shell like usual. The hot plates were not sizzling at all. And our lobsters came with no butter. 4. Told our server mashed potatoes were much smaller than usual and that the lobster mac and cheese was like a soup. He replaces the mashed potato's and mac and cheese. The new mashed potatoes were excellent but the mac and cheese was still soupy. 5. Our server seemed like a bad actor, telling us he had to convince the manager to comp the sides when he didn't even know that we had already spoken to the manager about the horrible experience. He was pretending to go above and beyond and basically lying to us. 6. We had to eat our steak without sides. And then when the sides came there wasn't anymore steak. The experience was absolutely horrible. Even the keg doesn't do this to their customers. It was absolutely disgusting how much we paid to get good service and we ended up getting horrible treatment here. All they did was comp the sides. Ruths chris ruined our new years eve.

    Everything is as expected. Only complain is...when paying, the tipping preset at 10%, 20% and more. Where are the 15 or 18%
