    Had a Valentine’s Day dinner, it was a wonderful night. Calamari and ribeye were delicious, 10/10!

    I was disappointed in my experience at Ruth’s Chris last night February 14th, 2025. The service was okay, very standard but below my expectations for a “high-end” steakhouse. Firstly, I waited 45 minutes for my order, which was unreasonable. I saw other tables getting their food within 20 minutes of being seated and ordering. The food was absolutely tasteless and full of salt. I ordered the ribeye and it had very little marbling and was quite tough. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. The sides were also cold as well. It seemed the sides were waiting for the steaks to be finished. That said, I will not be returning here. Based on their pricing, I would much rather go to Jacob’s and Co, Louix Louix or Barberian’s in Toronto. This place does not compare to any of those elite steakhouses even though their prices do.

    Came here to celebrate wifes birthday. My ribeye was perfect, wifes filet was over cooked and a little dry was expecting to get a happy birthday dessert but it seems to have been forgotten server was rarely around. overall wife did not enjoy her experience and felt we could have had a better meal/service elsewhere for the price

    server wasn't very nice and helpful, quality of food wasn't as expected. too crowded atmosphere. will not return.

    Our server Chris was top notch! He made the evening complete. Great date night dinner - food, ambience, service, and Chris' very pleasant quarterbacking of the whole thing made it a great experience. Thanks, Ruth's Chris, and to server Chris - once again.

    We had a wonderful experience at Ruth’s Chris. The host that seated us pointed out where the rest rooms are located on our way past. Our server was very attentive explaining the special menu that they currently have. The General Manager also came to our table asking about our experience and went to every other table where we were seated. All in all the experience was very pleasant and would recommend Ruth’s Chris to all my friends.
