One of the best Ruth’s Chris location. The food was amazing, everything on the menu is good. The service was incredible. They gave us space and didn’t interrupt.

My husband and I went out to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary along with his birthday. The staff was wonderful and food was exceptional. Our waiter Shane did a great job. He was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed ! I love this location

The place is usually great, but definitely seems to be struggling with volume due to a local convention. With a reservation still had to wait a half hour some people actually had to wait one hour. The servers were trying their hardest, but clearly overwhelmed, which led to a less than normal dining experience from a Ruth’s Chris. I’m not gonna say the place is horrible because you know what you’re getting when you go to a Ruth’s Chris however I would steer clear of this place during any type of convention in Long Beach. The one thing I didn’t like is the manager told us that we could sit outside rather than wait when it was actually 40° and windy - freezing for Cali !!! Unreal. Not my issue that people weren’t getting up to free up tables, do better with that please. I think he could’ve controlled that better.

First time at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and the food was very satisfying the Pomegranate Martini very delightful.

We ordered our steak medium rare and got it medium well. We then had it redone and it came back done the right way. Unfortunately, waiting for our steak mad our sides cold. We told the manager after he came back around and asked how our experience was. He only apologized, didn't comp anything. Our bill was about $500 so it's not cheap.

A few hiccups but management was kind a prompt about the resolution. Happy overall and will be back soon to enjoy another meal

Trent, Haley and Mario were just so amazing and accommodating for my dads birthday! They were so professional and just knew what to anticipate and how to treat guests! It’s rare that you find people who are genuinely nice and all three were just top tier
