Arrived before the evening rush. Dishes were well prepared and exceptions were met.

Another great time celebrating a birthday/special event. Service from Shane was perfect, food was good as usual. We celebrated Maria’s bday and she said it was a perfect night. Plus the Dodgers won game 1 on a walk off grand slam and we were having a cocktail in the bar as it happened. Thanks Ruth’s Chris, keep striving to be the best, no shortcuts.

Upon arrival we were greeted and advised to wait until table was finish being setup as we were early. Once sat, we ordered ordered our drinks and waited for the rest of our party. During the wait the servers came and checked in on us made sure we were taken care of. After ordering our food it became a downfall as well had to wait over an hour, almost two for our food to come out. I understand that there was several other parties going on for that day however the wait time was unacceptable by far, and it was my daughter 17th birthday to say the least. When the food final arrived the majority of the party just packed up our food to leave as it was late and the kids had school and we had work early in the morning the next day. Some of the items were comp’d on the bill and we appreciate that, however the wait time definitely was disheartening and made me rethink returning and referring anyone to Ruth’s Chris again.

The food was great but the level of service was excellent. Ashley was incredible, from the moment she introduced herself until the moment we left she was always smiling and very enthusiastic. I went for the food but I’ll be back because of Ashley and the rest of the amazing staff.

Greater server. Steaks were overcooked. We ordered medium and they were medium well plus. No pink center.

73rd Birthday party Our table was specially decorated.The Honoree had a special 73rd Birthday Menu and a personally decorated 73rd Birthday Dessert! He was happy, and we were all impressed. The food was delicious, as always. Fine dining at a reasonable price. Our waitress Kaitlin was outstanding. Very accommodating for all our requests. 5☆
