The food was delicious! I really enjoyed the lobster Mac & cheese and sweet potato casserole. The service provided by Dylan was impeccable.

We had a wonderful Dinner. Matthew our waiter the manager and Nicolette all made the 5 of us really special. We had calamari the ravioli and salads all were great. A few cocktails then dinner. Ribeye's and a filet . All came out with correct temperatures and seasonings . It was a great experience. Will come back.

I've been to quite a few Ruth's Chris restaurants and was very happy to see this location at the Smith Haven Mall. Nice decor but not as plush as other locations, ambience is good with background music that doesn't compete with conversation. We celebrated a Birthday and they had decorated the table with Happy Birthday confetti, which was such a great touch! The steaks were amazing and the prices were excellent! Bone in Filet was sensational as was the T Bone and Bone in Strip. Sides were enough for three adults with extra to take home. The Service is exactly what you expect, professional, caring and perfect! We will definitely be back!

Although service and ambiance were outstanding, for the cost the food should have been outstanding as well. The food was good, but should have been excellent.

It was a ten year anniversary dinner and the table was decorated with rose pedals and the menu was customized to say “Happy Anniversary “! The porter house steak for two was out of this world. We also ordered the sweet potato casserole and Brussels sprouts as sides and they complimented the steak perfectly.

I have been there a few times and went last night to celebrate my Anniversary. Something was off last night compared to the previous visits I had. The ambiance was excellent and loved the flower petals on the table but was very disappointed with the food. The mushroom appetizers were cold and when I complained was not offered a substitute and was billed for them. The filets were disappointing as well as there was far too much pepper on them leaving you unable to savor the flavor of the meat. I was disappointed and undecided if I would return especially at the price I paid for a mediocre meal that I could have gone to Texas roadhouse for the same food quality if not better...

The service was incredibly slow. Didn’t get an Appetizer we ordered. Salads had no dressing and we had to wait for quite a while for the dressing to be brought to us. Waited a long time for our bar order as well. Very disappointing service. Restaurant was not filled. Food was good. Probably will not be returning any time soon.
