Service was very slow & forgetful. Restrooms not clean. Not worth the money.

The surface was extremely slow and very unorganized. They definitely need a better working system. They also need better training. Other than that, the food was delicious in the wine was great. But it was definitely too expensive for the type of service because the service was so slow. Our seating time was 845 and we didn’t leave until 1130 which is usually fine but we were mostly just waiting for our drinks in our food that whole time we didn’t even get to stay for dessert because of that.

I should have known better than to book Valentines at this well known place. The kitchen was backed up and black and blue did not exist in the staffs vocabulary when ordering the Porterhouse for 2. Drink glasses were filled at less than 2/3rds which is an all time low for us as Martini drinkers. Given the holiday we made the best of it but will not be returning. Many other options exist for good steak on any occasion but this locale failed to deliver on the culinary side of our evening out. 😪

Food delicious and service good. Was offered free samples of cheese cake to take home. Thought it was brought out but never actually placed in bag to go with leftovers… no real loss. But, disappointed when we got home!!!! Definitely will go back..

The sides were so disapointing, the potato au gratin was horrible, Brussel sprouts were tastesless

The food is always amazing here. The petit filet Oscar style was very good. The sweet potato casserole is so delicious, no other restaurant has anything that can compare! Dylan our server did a fantastic job, tending to our every need. He suggested the champagne toast which was a very romantic touch. The bread, which some restaurants charge for, was fresh and warm; they replenished it 3 times. Dylan wrapped our leftovers for us.

The service was great our strip steak came out perfect just like ordered my sea bass was so tasty our server was ver knowledgeable and friendly. Weeillgo back

We had a wonderful time at Ruth Chris. The service was great and the food was delicious . We will definitely be back again .
