We took my mother here for her birthday. When we got there they had confetti on the table, a card to her from the staff and a special HAPPY BIRTHDAY menu. Excellent service. Food was great.

We had the most amazing dinner to celebrate our daughter’s Sweet 16. The second we walked in she was greeted with “Happy Birthday!” The table was decorated and they left her a card! Even the menu had a happy birthday logo! The service was fantastic (Matt). I was so impressed how they went out of their way to make it special. The food was outrageous. We had 2 calamari appetizers for the table and everyone had filets except my husband who had the NY strip. Sides were the lobster Mac and cheese and garlic mashed. For dessert we shared a cheesecake and the chocolate trio. I can’t rave enough about this meal. My daughter’s are already planning our next dinner there.

We ordered salmon & shrimp. And lobster & steak dinners. It was fabulous from start to finish. Everyone was so nice. The food was delicious- service was exceptional. Could not ask for better

My husband and I had dinner at Ruth Chris in Lake Grove last night to celebrate our anniversary. The service was excellent. Our steaks were cooked perfectly medium rare as we ordered them and tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend for celebrating a special occasion.

The waiter, dylan and the general manager luis, were the best. Friendly faces and the meal was outstanding.

We booked a reservation for nine people at Ruth Chris for my father’s 75th birthday. We had no problems getting a reservation and we were seating right away. Being that it was Labor Day weekend, the restaurant was not crowded. Most of us ordered the prix fixe entrees so it should have been pretty simple for the staff. Unfortunately, they mixed everything up. They had no idea who ordered what, and as a result, we were given the wrong entrees. Very frustrating because you’re playing a lot- and the staff shouldn’t be guessing when delivering the entrees. Everyone had the wrong steak (med rare, well done, etc) so the service was very frustrating. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t not return and would not recommend for a large party.
