Poor service, it seemed as if we were ignored. Had food sitting on our table for about 40 minutes, water was never refilled and we had to wait about an hour until we had a chance to order our entrees to which we asked for it to go. I would understand the service if I was at a mcdonald’s but this is a ruth chris. I was really disappointed.

I asked for no salt on meat- it had salt- my husband ordered lobster tail with his meal and had to remind server. He is usually great and we like him I think it was an off night because it’s usually great!

Great new Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Jupiter at Harbourside. Great manager, great service, great food. If you like Ruth's Chris, this will be your favorite one.

Ruth Chris still makes a great steak, but the prices keep getting higher. Their steaks are now $60-$70 and every thing is à la cart. You wind up spending a $100 per person. That is too expensive for a regular night out and there are plenty of more reasonable steakhouses around. I will still go there for special occasions.

We had a great experience! From the managers greeting us at the entrance, and again when we were leaving, to our server, Ian, who was wonderful, to the food. We’ll definitely be back.

This was my first time returning to Ruth’s Chris after many years. We were there for a celebration meal and found everything was handled to perfection. Not only were the steaks perfectly prepared, the “foodie” appetizers and side dishes were amazing. This is not a run-of-the mill steak house. We will surely be back sooner than before.
