Ruth's Chris is always a great experience! Great stuff, great food and just a great overall atmosphere. Ruths' Chris is great for a special occasion or just a dinner you want to have with family or friends, definitely a must visit place in Fort Wayne.

A beautiful place! Our server was very attentive. When making our reservation, we mentioned we were celebrating Valentine’s Day. We were seated in a small room that had 4 tables for couples, it was quieter than the rest of the restaurant and had a very nice ambiance.

We were very excited to try out this place on Valentine’s Day. Got a reservation for noon. Service was exceptional and the atmosphere was great. We both ordered the large filet and got a side of mushrooms and sweet potato casserole… oh and can’t forget the dessert of peanut butter pie. The sides far exceeded our expectations with flavor. The mushrooms we couldn’t decide if they were supposed to be hot or cold, however the hot plate the steak came on remedied that. Our main course, the filets were nice. Tender and juicy, a little undercooked for what we expected but again the hot plate helped with that wasn’t a real issue. Our main complaint was the steak was flavorless… definitely did not wow us like the rest of the meal did with flavor. That said portions were above expectations and we both left full but not stuffed. We did eat everything as well. So overall not bad at all. We will be back but not for steak.

Our waitress was completely distracted and was just plain bad. Our food took forever to get and when we finally received it the food wasn’t even warm.

Second time going here and much more unimpressive the second time around. First time was phenomenal with nice secluded booth and incredibly attentive and professional upscale service. Second time was a considerable difference. Was wife's birthday. Sat us right next to the bar and about 15 ft. fron the front foyer area on a Feb day that was around 11 degrees outside. We were dressed up because of an advertised dress code and people were at the bar in full on sweat pants and hoodies. Drinking like fish and talking loudly as if they were at a Dive Bar in Sturgis. The bill came for the two of us and it was $200, which is what we were expecting and I wasn't at all caught off guard by it, but the experience was not great. Nothing like the first time. The food was also not as good by far as I remember the first time. I also think I paid $9 for the baked potato 3 years ago but paid $13 for it this time. A BAKED POTATO!!! I'll pass and head to Cork n Cleaver or Eddie Merlot's next time.

One of the nicer Ruth’s Chris you’ll visit. The food is consistently high quality and well prepared, the service is friendly and attentive. We’re never disappointed.

Our waitress Aleesha, was simply phenomenal and so was the GM - Jamie. They made sure we enjoyed every moment of every bit of the Ruth's Chris experience.
