    Some of our food was burnt, some of our food was very undercooked & all of our food was very bland. We visit Ruth Chris often so we were very disappointed with the quality of food tonight. The waiter and manager were amazing, very accommodating and understanding which made the situation better but still disappointing overall.

    We take our teenage boys every year out to a really nice restaurant for Valentine’s Day, and we’ve been to this Ruth’s Chris several times. It was clearly a busy night, but we had reservations for 7 pm that I’d made weeks in advance. We didn’t get seated until 7:30. We had requested to be seated in the main dining area but ultimately were sat in a side room that felt like a conference room. Disappointing but not a total game changer. Service was subpar, nothing like you’d expect from an upscale dining experience. We had to ask our server for drinks other than water after we flagged her down from another table. Food took forever to come out and everyone just seemed out of sorts. If you’re paying $500+ for a meal, you just want it to feel like a $500+ experience, and this definitely wasn’t it.

    Steak was tough. Food took forever. The atmosphere is bleak. Never going back.

    I’ll start by saying our server Jen was great. The disappointment came from the business and the time it took us to get food and get out. We had reservations at 6 and were sat, but didn’t order until almost 7 and didn’t get our bill until 9pm.

    We've had great experiences in the past. Today, however, was not Great. The food did not meet our expectations as it did in the past visits. My wife's filet was extremely undercooked, and the T-bone I had was extremely fatty and had one tiny piece of filet. The waiter was extremely nice and offered to send the Filet back to be cooked more. We usually don't say anything, However, it was obvious that it wasn't being eaten. We also hardly ever send food back. We told the waiter it was no big deal.

    By far this experience was 100/10! For my birthday I had a reservation of 18 at the other Greenville, SC location and the service, food, EVERYTHING was horrible! I was extremely devastated especially since it was my birthday. Glad we reconsidered and chose to come to the Downtown location and were blown away. Everything was AMAZING.

    The food and service were great! I was a little disappointed with the table as there was a beautiful section overlooking the river but we were in a side room with no windows that was ok but just ok. However in all fairness that is my fault as I didn't ask for a view when I made the reservation.
