    Anthony our server and Jim the manager made it a memorable experience for me and my 12 year old son. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and I wanted to treat my son to a special evening and they delivered!! One of the best steaks I’ve ever had, well seasoned and their house made steak butter sauce is an 11/10!

    Unfortunately, it was not a good experience - the Filet had to be sent back twice, due to being overcooked. We asked for medium and it was medium well, almost well done both times. Our server fully agreed that it was not medium either time. The manager did remove the filet and an appetizer from our bill. In the end, this was a poor experience for us, as I had finished eating my steak before the medium cooked filet came out. Very unfortunate! This must be improved for all of your customers. Thank you for listening.

    We had a fantastic dining experience at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. The food was exceptional – perfectly cooked and flavorful, exactly what you’d expect from such a spot. What truly set the night apart, however, was the service. Our server was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations, but also brought an entertaining and personable touch that elevated the evening. The combination of delicious food and an unforgettable experience made it well worth it. Highly recommend for a special night out!

    The food and service was exceptional , I highly recommend this restaurant For any one looking for a wonderful dining experience. Also enjoyed the conversation with Chris, one of the managers. If you ever have a chance look him up , he’s very interesting to talk to and he’s very service oriented . Ruth, Chris, hang onto that man he is diamond in the rough

    The mashed potatoes were definitely not only instant, but cold. The chicken was bland and the brussel sprouts were ok. The manager on duty took care of our bill to reflect the issue, although I appreciate that I don’t think the food is worth trying again.

    Waiter was extremely slow but kind. Drinks, appetizer and entrees took a very very long to come out. Over an hour. Cocktail glass was not filled all the way, crab cakes came out cold, steaks also came out cold. Of course the plates were hot per Ruth’s Chris usual but our actual steak was room temp. Very disappointing. We have been to multiple Ruth’s Chris in multiple cities and this one was disappointing.

    Ruth's Chris is usually our go-to for special events. We went there tonight for Thanksgiving dinner and had a surprisingly bad experience. The food was amazing, and we loved it, but almost everything else was bad. Service by our server was not so good. He was inattentive and it took an hour from the beginning of our reservation to get our food. They didn't even have butter for the bread! Seriously?! We brought the bread home because we actually DO have butter at our house. When you're paying sky-high prices for dinner, I don't think it's too much to expect butter for the bread. Toward the end of our hour-long wait for food, the server taking care of the table next to us, stopped by and asked if we needed anything. We told her we'd been waiting for a very long time and she went to check on our food. Still no sign of our assigned server. She came back quickly and told us our food was being plated and would be right out. We appreciated her checking on us. I was ready to walk out and eat leftovers at home. When the food came out, we still didn't see our server for quite a while. When we first arrived, we had to wait a bit for our table to be ready. It wasn't too bad, but while we were waiting, I overheard the manager talking about customers in the bar area as "drama queens." They may have been drama queens, but a customer should NEVER hear a general manager of a restaurant making disparaging comments about customers. Finally, I went to the Women's restroom, and it was an absolute mess. Two of three toilets wouldn't flush. There was debris all over the floor and there was only a tiny bit of TP, unless you count the partial roll that was sitting on the floor. It was disgusting. I told the GM and he said he'd have someone check it, but he sure didn't seem very concerned. I expected SO much more for a supposedly upscale restaurant. We'll be going to a different restaurant for our next special occasion. Do better, Ruth's Chris.

    We sat in the bar area, what seemed very close to the kitchen area and a giant pillar by our table. So there was a lot of traffic by our table. The restaurant was FREEZING. People at the bar had hats on and my son and husband never took their coats off. Our server was nice but I felt she was being a bartender as well. It took a long time to order our food, we felt a little dismissed. We waited almost 10 minutes to order our dinner. When she finally came to the table, I would’ve liked a “sorry I took so long” but I felt like she was put out. We ordered our food and it came and we never saw the server again. She never once came back and asked how things were or if we needed anything. Towards the end of the meal, 3 men came in with pants hanging off their butts and smelled like they smoked a pound of 🌱before they came in. The whole place was looking at them, it smelled so bad. My husband went to the front desk and said that the place needs to have some kind of standard. They did leave briefly but came back in as we were leaving. The whole restaurant smelled and everyone noticed. Overall the food was amazing as always. We don’t get to come very often, probably our 4th time in 10 years. I wish the place had a higher standard like it used to. I didn’t get my dessert that came with my meal because we wanted out so bad. We took our valet ticket out front and we were told the server should’ve brought it out, she never offered or told us about it. Oh, because she never came back to the table after we got our food. I don’t know if we will be back. Jeff Ruby is pricier, yes but at least they have a reward program to keep coming back. Since RC moved out of Worthington, it doesn’t feel the same and low class.
