This was our first time trying Ruth Chris and Our experience was a 10/10. Curt was our server. He was amazing. I ate a NY strip with a lobster tail and my wife had the sea bass and was the best we’ve had in the St. Louis area. We will definitely be back.

Great food and even better service - we had Ruben for the second time in a few weeks! We went in with a group and didn’t see the added gratuity. He texted and refunded us the double tip, which we could have missed! We were so impressed we went back last night and were lucky enough to have Ruben again. Great experience- we will be back!

This was the restaurant I chose to hold my 40th birthday dinner with my husband. Our server Anthony was great and this was my second experience at this location and my husband’s first. The location is great and the restaurant was beautiful, but I was severely underwhelmed by my steak. I ordered the Ruth’s pairing with the truffle crusted petite steak, Caesar salad, and garlic mashed potatoes. Potatoes and salad were awesome, but my steak was grossly overcooked. Anthony offered to send it back, but I didn’t have the time to wait for another one. Unfortunately there are too many other GREAT steak locations a stones throw away from this restaurant that we typically frequent, and will continue to do so in the future.

It was our anniversary and surprisingly not busy for a Sunday evening. The food was great. The steaks almost melt in your mouth. They also gave us free dessert. We love this place. Wish we could afford it more often.

Dinner and drinks were good. We wanted to try a Ruth Chris restaurant. Very odd that my Open Table reservation was cancelled by the restaurant after we sat at the bar area which I reserved. Never had that happen at any other restaurant. During our dinner, I asked what happened. The young lady said it was because we sat at the bar, even though we reserved the bar area and spent $350. She had to ask a manager to correct it. He never came by to tell us he over-rode the rule for us. We probably won’t return. Not a great first visit.

Food was delicious as usual. My server Dylan was excellent. Not sure who the gentleman was that appeared during dessert time. Apparently he was a bit confused or on something different. He advised me he would bring a dessert menu, then he stated he would bring a dessert tray. Never received either. Then this same guy appeared with a cheesecake with raspberries and blueberries on it. I stated I was allergic to berries and his demeanor changed rapidly for the worst. It was if I did something wrong. It was my birthday and I chose Ruth Chris for my special day with my family as I have for several years now. I was a bit disappointed. Besides that I refused to let someone ruin my favorite lamb chop dinner. Hopefully he will work on his service going forward.
