Bienvenue au Ruth’s Chris Steak House ! La fondatrice du restaurant, Ruth Fertel, avait l’habitude de dire: « Si vous avez déjà goûté un filet de boeuf aussi bon, alors revenez nous voir le plus vite possible !». Ici, la viande est quelque chose de sacré. Le personnel s’assurera que vous passez un bon moment, sans afficher de comportement lourd ou crispé, comme dans certaines steak houses. Ce restaurant, situé au sein de SouthPark, et créé dans un style classique du sud, possède une salle à manger très spacieuse, ainsi que plusieurs espaces de souper privés. Entouré par un sombre bois de feuillu et des faïences artisanales, vous aurez l’impression de vous retrouver à la Nouvelle-Orléans. Toutes les viandes de boeuf y sont certifiées. Elles sont préparées sur des grills à 1800 degrés, et servis sur des assiettes atteignant la température de 500 degrés. We have loved our experiences at Ruth’s Chris over the years, but it is obvious that fine dining is no longer their top priority. The food is still delicious, and the service is great, but presentation, food quality, and attention to detail have waned. We will likely not return.

Food was superb! Dante, our waiter was so attentive. My friend from Germany and I were greatly impressed by the food and the service. Many thanks for a wonderful dinner!

We both ordered a dinner combination meal of starter, lobster bisque, filets, and creamed spinach. We each had a glass of red wine with our meal. The cost without tip $170. The starter was lobster bisque. It was a very thin broth base with a few pieces of lobster meat. We did not like the flavor of the broth which almost seemed smoky, nor how soupy it was. Both filets had good flavor and perfectly cooked to temperature. Both however were not very tender and of course grain. The one thing we hoped for was getting an excellent steak. Frankly, the steaks we buy from Harris Teeter and grill at home are more tender and equally good in flavor. The creamed spinach side was good and plentiful. The service from the wait staff was excellent. Overall I would not give this more than an average rating for an expensive priced meal. We are not likely to return due to the low value overall placed on this experience,

This was probably one of the nicest restaurants me and my girlfriend has every came to. We came here for our anniversary and the staff was very nice and helpful with the menu. They constantly came and checked up on us to make sure we were doing alright. They even brought us a glass of champagne. Hands down the best restaurant to come to and would definitely recommend.

Delicious food and excellent service… until a large party was seated! We had a 4:15 reservation and there was one party of two that was seated just before us. We had amazing attention and service, followed by delicious food, but when we had started winding down and would’ve appreciated a visit, our waiter was busy taking drink orders, then delivering them, and then taking their food orders, that it’d been at least 20 minutes of us just waiting for him to come back. My husband finally went and found the host to let him know they’d been killing it until the other party was seated, which fortunately led to other staff taking over and taking care of us. The gentleman who took our food away to box threw out my salad and bread, but when I asked about it, they made me a whole new salad and packed up a loaf of bread, as well. Except for those 20 minutes, everything was exceptional! It just makes me sad I can’t say the entire experience was fantastic.

We had a great anniversary dinner last night. Service was outstanding as was the food! Everyone was courteous and seemed to really care that our dinner was a good experience for us. Will definitely be back.
