Unfortunately, we had a bad experience, dining at an upscale restaurant like Ruth Chris steakhouse you would expect the steaks would always come out perfectly . my was ordered, medium rare and came out well done my fiancé ordered his bone fillet medium, plus and it came out rare . we sent the steaks back and the manager came over made me a new steak, which was also medium well the second time they cooked my fiancé’s bone in fillet only to come back out, medium rare. The manager never came back over to see how our meals were unfortunately I paid the full bill which I regret doing today. I should have sent the food back a second time.

We go to Ruth's Chris a few times monthly. The staff greet us so nicely each time. The food is always excellently prepared and the wait staff and/or bartenders are helpful regarding meat temperature and sides.

To their defense, it was Father’s Day and they were extremely busy. But for the price point, the food was average. Better off going to a local option (677 Prime or Black & Blue) than a chain, lesson learned.

Service & food from beginning to end were excellent! They help make this special occasion even more special. Members of our party had both beef & seafood and all was great. Thanks for a great night out!

I will start by saying our service was excellent. We were seated on time, our server was lovely, knowledgeable and engaging. Bread was fine, lobster bisque was thick and gloppy and very salty. I love salt but this was even too much for me. BBQ shrimp that was recommended by a friend was not cooked well and on its own, flavorless without the sauce. Crab cakes were very good. Two ribeyes were just ok, strip and filet were very good. Sweet potato casserole was excellent!!! All other sides were good to very good, and crème brûlée and bread pudding were delicious. Overall a nice meal, I’m glad we tried it, but I don’t think I’d rush back, especially for the $$$$.
