Great 50th anniversary dinner. We had Amber as our server, she's always wonderful! Started with calamari, garden salad and French onion soup (delicious) and for main entree I had filet and lobster tail, it was excellent. Hubby had ribeye and we shared vegetable medley. We had a turtle pecan cheesecake for dessert, one of best we ever tasted. It was an excellent dinner for a very special anniversary. Many thanks!

We were never greeted when we arrived, although there were 2 hostesses & a manager standing at the reception desk, they were talking to each other without acknowledging our party standing in front of them. I had to initiate contact and yet there was still no greeting. It was 5pm on a Friday & The restaurant was empty , for some reason we were taken to a side room to be seated in what looked like a closet instead of the main room in the restaurant. I requested to be seated in the main room and the hostess walked away to the reception desk & 5minutes later walked past us without saying a word to us and we just followed her . The lack of communication by the hostess or the manager was simply stunning for a supposed upscale steakhouse . Our waitress was pleasant, but what a rude & bizarre start to our meal. We requested sparkling water for the table and was informed that they were out of sparkling water. 5pm Friday night and no bottled sparkling water? Kind of mind blowing.

This was our first time eating at Ruthies. We ordered two of their specialty steaks which were cooked to perfection. We also ordered two of their family style sides which is plenty or more than enough for two people. The atmosphere was fantastic and our server was over the top. We were also given a complimentary dessert for a 40th Anniversary. One of the best dining experiences we've had and we would highly recommend Ruthies. This will not be the last time that we dine there. 5 star!

Service was a little slow and it took awhile for food between courses to come out. Table was only set for 1 and there was 2 people dining and had to ask twice for the extra water and napkin. Coffee was cold and had to be replaced. Food was very good, steaks, soup and dessert.

We had an AMAZING dining experience last night at Ruthie's. We began with a caesar salad -- so fresh, beautifully dressed with anchovies and plenty of shaved parmesan. I had the prime rib, perfectly cooked medium rare, and my dining companion had the beef medallions with shrimp, again, perfectly cooked and presented. It was my dining companion's birthday and they presented her with the most luscious chocolate cake I think I ever had! The whole meal was perfectly served to us by our waitress, Lala -- a pure delight, someone who truly seemed to love her job, giving us the assurance her greatest wish was to make sure our evening was the most delightful ever! And it was!

Restaurant had many great qualities of a fantastic restaurant except for the food. I found the salad, entree and sides to be very mediocre for a fine dining experience. Our server, James was great. The lighting and temperature were perfect. It was quiet restaurant even with many full tables. I just felt like for the price, I expected more from from my meal.

Our server, Gracie, did an outstanding job!! She was attentive to our needs and such a good representative for Ruthie's. We have ate at this restaurant for 9 years and always on our anniversary. Gracie brought us an excellent chocolate cake to celebrate our anniversary! The food was delicious and we will be back.
