Kalbi steak is my fav and it did not disappoint !! The tempura shrimp, Brussels sprout and fried green tomatoes were all delicious and ended with the chocolate mud pie !! All spectacular !

This was an excellent dinner, probably the best we have ever had coming to the Outer Banks. This was my 33 year. Rusty's will be on our list for a great meal. Thanks Rusty's

Food was amazing. Rusty was able to make something for me based on my request and it was amazing. We visit every time we are in OBX.

Great food. Cooked to perfection. Wait staff was most attentive and kept our glasses full. Tonight was probably our 10th visit and we will keep on coming back.

The restaurant hasn’t updated their menu online or on open table. We went for the crab cakes And the wait staff indicated they were off menu due to difficulty with them staying. It was hard to hear our server. The food we ordered was ok but we were disappointed as they didn’t have what we booked for based off of open table and their website

Rusty’s Surf and Turf is a very charming restaurant that does a fantastic job of blending coastal flavors with hearty comfort food. You absolutely have to try the fried green tomatoes. They’re crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, served with a tangy and sweet drizzles and feta cheese that complements their flavor beautifully. It’s the kind of appetizer that makes you feel right at home, bringing a taste of the South to your table. Another standout dish is the shrimp and grits. The shrimp are seasoned just right and cooked to perfection, sitting atop a creamy bed of grits that are rich and comforting. The dish has a lovely bacon jam that brings it over the top. A mus- try! And don’t skip dessert! The apple dessert with cinnamon ice cream was to die for. Topped with a generous swirl of whipped cream, it’s the perfect way to end your meal. Overall, Rusty’s Surf and Turf is a warm, inviting place that serves up delicious dishes and scrumptious desserts. We enjoyed our meal so much that we forgot to take pictures. Highly recommend!

We had an ok time at Rusty’s. We made a reservation which was ready for us when we got there. Unfortunately, most of the seafood options on the menu weren’t available. We had a 7:30 reservation… Our server was nice, but drinks took a while to get to our table and the food was just ok.
