A staple that knows that the assignment. Views from Rusty Scupper are a great Baltimore resource. Amy notice I wasn’t loving my meal (not a menu option) and immediately corrected the situation.

We have been coming to Rusty Scupper for brunch for over 20 years. The food has gone completely downhill. I was so shocked at the quality and taste. My omelette and sausage were good. The waffle was not cooked completely. The mussels were the size of dimes. The prime rib was not good and the shrimp were extremely over cooked! Our service was great as always but the food is not worth us returning for brunch again.

The fish dish, Maryland style, was great. It was rockfish with lumps of crab and good veggies. The crème brulee desert was disappointing. Service too pushy. The waiter put my bill on my table while I was still eating desert... Nice piano live music.

I had dinner with three family members; two had just arrived (by car) in Baltimore from North Carolina about an hour before our scheduled reservation. They were very tired and hungry! I really wanted them to have a great time! Well----Rusty Scupper did not disappoint! Everything about our dining experience at this restaurant was PHENOMENAL---from the view, ambiance, customer service (our server was one of the best that I have ever had), wait time, cost, parking-----simply PHENOMENAL!

Best views in Baltimore, had a seat by the window and it was not drafty (they are floor to ceiling windows), and enjoyed attentive service from our wait staff. The reservation was easy to check-in at the front desk. The ladies bathroom was clean and perfectly portioned with toilet paper and hand towels and lighting. Newly remodeled bathrooms. The dessert looked good that my friend had and I enjoyed my steak.
